I have problems with the app

If you encounter problems in the app, please check and keep in mind the following:

  • Check your internet connection.
  • The application must have the latest updated version, and this can be found in the application settings. 

If you have the latest version and you are still having problems, we suggest you: uninstall and reinstall the app, then restart your device.

If the issue persists after reinstalling the app, please contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to assist you.
