1. Who can participate in the Daily Streak contest?
To join, you must:
- Have a verified Napoleon player account
- Agree to Napoleon’s General Terms and Conditions
2. How does the Daily Streak contest work?
- Each day, you answer one sports-related question.
- Correct answers build your streak and earn you points.
- The longer your streak, the more points you earn.
- Points contribute to your leaderboard position.
➡️ Important: If you answer a question incorrectly, your streak resets to zero and you must start again from the first question/level.
3. What is a "Streak Round"?
A Streak Round consists of 4 payout periods, each lasting 14 days (total 56 days).
- Your streak continues across payout periods.
- Points reset every 14 days for leaderboard prizes, but your streak remains for jackpot eligibility.
4. Does my streak reset at any point?
Yes. Your streak will be reset to zero at the end of each Streak Round (after the 56-day cycle). However, it will not reset after the 14-day payout rounds within that cycle.
The leaderboard is reset after each payout round. However, players keep their streak and remain eligible for the jackpot prize.
To clarify, here’s an example:
If the leaderboard for the period from October 1st to October 14th ends with a participant who has 25 points and a streak level of 5, then the next leaderboard (from October 15th to October 28th) will start at 0 points for that period.
However, the participant retains their streak level of 5, which means they still have a chance to win the jackpot prize and will immediately earn 5 points on the leaderboard with a correct answer.
5. What happens if I skip a day?
You can skip up to two consecutive questions without breaking your streak.
6. When do I have to answer the daily question?
- Before the related live sports event starts.
- Late answers will not count, and any prize won due to a late answer can be reclaimed by Napoleon.
7. What if the sports event gets cancelled or postponed?
That day's question will be cancelled with no effect on your streak or leaderboard status.
8. How are answers validated?
- Results are based on official stats from sources like OPTA.
- Only regular time (not extra time or penalties) counts unless stated otherwise in the question.
9. What prizes can I win?
Two types of prizes:
💰 Jackpot Prize:
- Win a share of €10,000 if you get at least 10 correct answers in a row in a Streak Round.
- The prize is split equally among all who achieve this.
💰 Regular (Leaderboard) Prize (every 14 days):
- Based on total points in that period:
- Gold Tier (71+ points): Share of €5,000
- Silver Tier (56–70 points): Share of €7,500
- Bronze Tier (40–55 points): Share of €12,500
10. When do I receive my prize?
Leaderboard winnings are credited within 48 hours after each payout period.
11. What are the specific rules for some prediction types?
- Cards: Cards after regular time or to non-players don’t count.
- Goal intervals: “Before 30th minute” means from 00:00 to 29:59.
- Own goals don’t count for scorer questions.
- Basketball: Ties between quarters are only valid if they beat other quarters in points.
