What is Cash Out?

Cash Out lets you close an active ticket before all events are finished. That means you can take a profit early whenever it suits you.

Why should I use Cash Out?

Cash Out gives you more control while the game is on. You can:

  • Take a quick profit if the amount looks good to you.
  • Limit your risk if the match isn’t going your way.
  • Use the cashed-out amount to place another bet.

Which bets are eligible for Cash Out?

Cash Out is available on a wide range of sports and markets for:

  • Single bets
  • Combination bets
  • Pre-match bets
  • Live bets

Bets placed via the Bet Builder are also eligible for Cash Out, both pre-match and live — as long as all selections in the bet are eligible for Cash Out at that moment.

How is the Cash Out amount calculated?

The Cash Out amount depends on the current chances of your ticket winning. Since the match situation can change at any time, the value can go up or down while the event is still in play.

Keep in mind that the amount available for Cash Out may change between the moment you see it and the moment you confirm it.

Where can I find Cash Out?

Cash Out is only available for active tickets. You can find them in the Tickets section, where all your active and settled tickets are listed.

I clicked Cash Out. What happens next?

After clicking the Cash Out button, you need to confirm your choice within 3 seconds. If you don’t confirm in time, nothing happens — you can simply press Cash Out again and confirm when prompted.

Can I Cash Out a Combine & Conquer ticket?

Yes. Cash Out can also apply to tickets eligible for Combine & Conquer.

Just note that the Cash Out amount is always calculated based on your ticket’s potential winnings without the Combine & Conquer boost.

Why is Cash Out sometimes not available?

Cash Out isn’t always available for every ticket or market, and not at every moment. It can also be temporarily paused if the match situation changes quickly.

  • Cash Out may only be available during certain moments of an event.
  • If odds or betting options change, Cash Out can be paused or turned off for a while.
  • Some markets or tickets might not offer Cash Out at all.

In case of a clear error identified during or after an event, Napoleon may decide not to pay out the Cash Out amount. If a Cash Out was already paid by mistake, Napoleon can reverse the transaction and settle the bet at the corrected value.

The Cash Out amount changed. Is that normal?

Yes — that’s completely normal. The Cash Out value can change in real time, depending on what’s happening in the match. The amount shown on your ticket may update while you’re trying to confirm.

What happens after I Cash Out successfully?

Once your Cash Out is confirmed, your ticket is settled immediately. Any later moments in the match won’t affect it anymore — your bet is finished.
