To change the last name you used for Napoleon Sports & Casino registration, please contact customer support, along with your ID or other document proving that your name has changed.
How do I change the phone number on my account?
To change your phone number, please go to the "My Account" section and choose "Edit account information"
On next screen, click "Edit" below your current phone number, enter the new one and click on "Save".
Note: After the number is changed you will need to validate your new phone number.
How do I change the email address on my account?
To change your email address, please contact customer support and be ready to provide us with the following:
- Your account username
- Old email address
- New email address
- Reason for changing email address
- Phone number used for registration
- Amount, date and method used for first deposit
- A color copy of the identity card (clear, with all data visible).
