What to Do if You Encounter Problems?

Follow the steps below to fix issues on your screen:

For Website (Desktop/Mobile)

  • Log out, refresh the page, or open a new tab.

  • Clear cookies/history (Chrome: Ctrl + H) or use incognito/private mode.

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox).

  • Switch devices or networks and restart if necessary.

  • Uninstall and reinstall the app or try another device if the issue persists.

For App (Android or iOS)

  • Force close and reopen the app; log out and log back in.

  • Check for app updates and ensure a stable internet connection.

  • Restart the device, free up storage space, disable VPN/ad-blockers.

  • Clear the app cache (Android only; iOS has no cache option).

  • Clear all app data (Android) or reinstall the app (Android/iOS).
