What are Napoleon Coins?
Napoleon Coins are loyalty rewards you can collect on the Napoleon platform. You earn them by taking part in specific activities, such as the Daily Spin, and you can exchange them for rewards in the Coin Shop.

You can collect Napoleon Coins by participating in the Daily Spin.
Where can I see my Napoleon Coins balance?
Your Napoleon Coins balance is visible in the account menu, just below your 'Transaction history'. From there, you can also access the Coin Shop and see which rewards are available to you.
My Napoleon Coins are not showing. What should I do?
If your Napoleon Coins are not visible, make sure your app is up to date. Go to the App Store or Play Store, search for the Napoleon app and install the latest version.

How do I convert my Napoleon Coins?
Go to your account menu and click on Napoleon Coins, just below 'Transaction history'. Then, click on the 'My rewards' tab.
Select the reward you want and click Convert. If you have enough Napoleon Coins, the reward will be added to your account immediately.
If you don’t have enough coins, a message will show how many coins you are still missing to convert that reward.
I can’t convert rewards. How can I fix this?
To convert a reward, you must have a sufficient number of Napoleon Coins.
Keep collecting Napoleon Coins until your desired reward becomes available.
Can I use Napoleon Coins directly to place bets?
No. Napoleon Coins cannot be used directly to place bets. They act as a form of loyalty currency that you can exchange for cash or casino rewards via the Coin Shop.
Do Napoleon Coins or rewards expire?
Napoleon Coins do not expire and can be used at any time.
Converted rewards are usually valid for 30 days. You can check the expiration date by clicking on the reward and viewing its details.
Where can I see my converted rewards?
Go to the 'Promos & rewards' section and click on the 'My rewards' tab. There you’ll find an overview of all converted, available and used rewards.
