There are some reasons why you can't deposit by card. We have listed them:
- Card is expired: Please note that the deposit cannot be processed if the validity period of the card is exceeded. In this case, please try with a different valid card or use another available payment method.
- You do not have sufficient funds in your account to make this transaction.
- The data printed on the card has not been entered correctly in the appropriate fields or you do not have the card activated for online use. In this case, it will not be accepted, and it is necessary to contact the bank issuing the card to request the activation of this service;
- Error on the part of the issuing bank. In this case, you'll need to contact your bank to find out why you can't complete the transaction.
- You have not completed the verification process for validating the payment methods used; if you do not yet know which payment methods are available, we invite you to read the article dedicated entirely to this topic.
- You haven't chosen the correct payment method.
- You have a limit set on your account or card.
- You are trying to deposit using a card that is not issued in certain countries.
Please note that the system does not allow you to have more than 5 failed attempts to deposit in a 2h period.
For some cards, you'll be asked to confirm the transaction with an additional password (3D Secure code). It is very important to pass the correct information to avoid problems when making your deposit. Usually, you receive this code via SMS, and you have to enter it in the "3D Secure Password" box that appears.
If you're having trouble confirming your transaction, please contact your bank so they can update your details and make sure that the phone number provided to your bank is correct and valid.
