Can my balance be transferred from my Casino account to my Sports account?

The decision regarding your main account is based on your previous activities on our platform and unfortunately cannot be changed.

The two accounts you now have offer the same possibilities and functionalities. You can therefore deposit without any issues and enjoy our instant withdrawals, with your money appearing in your bank account within seconds.

The only difference is that any increased deposit limit that may apply to your Casino account does not automatically apply to your Sports account.
The standard deposit limit of €200 applies to both your Casino account and your Sports account.
If you wish to increase the deposit limit on your Sports or Casino account, you can submit a request. This request will be reviewed by the Gaming Commission within 72 hours.
