I can’t activate my account
After completing your registration, you will receive an activation link by email at the address you used to create your player account.
If you can’t find the activation email, please check the following:
Make sure you entered a valid email address during registration
Check all folders in your mailbox (Inbox, Spam, Junk, Promotions, Social, etc.)
Didn’t receive the activation link?
If you still can't find the email, try the following:
Log in to your account
You will see the message “Your account is not active”
Click “Click here to resend it”
Enter the email address used during registration to request a new activation link
⚠️ Important: The newly generated activation link is valid for 72 hours only.
Registered with the wrong email address?
If you registered with an incorrect email address, you won’t be able to activate your account yourself.
In that case, please contact customer service and request an update of your email address.
To process your request smoothly, make sure you have the following ready:
Photo of your ID (front and back)
(scans are not accepted, photos only)A selfie holding your ID, with all details clearly visible
Your new email address
One last thing to keep in mind
If you have already registered but haven’t activated your account yet, you cannot register again.
You must follow the steps above to activate your existing account.
