I can’t log in / How to unblock my account?

You've tried signing in with the wrong password multiple times and locked your account.

Do you have an active account? You can reset your password or username via the "Forgot Password" link by entering the email address linked to your account.

Is your account locked due to too many incorrect password attempts? Then contact customer support. They can unlock your account and send you an email to reset your password.

 

Can't remember your password? Follow these simple steps to regain access to your account.

 

Step 1: Go to the login page

  1. Click on "Log in" at the top right of the website, or at the top left in the app.

  2. Then click on "Forgot password?"

 

Step 2: Enter your email address

  1. Type your registered email address in the field.

  2. Click on "Send reset link."

 

Step 3: Check your inbox

  1. Open your email client.

  2. Look for an email from NapoleonGames with the subject: "Reset Password."
    Tip: Also check your spam folder.

 

Step 4: Click the reset link

  1. Click the link in the email to set a new password.

  2. Note: The link is valid for 60 minutes.

 

Step 5: Set your new password

  1. Choose a new password.

  2. Confirm the new password and click "Save."
    Tip: Use a strong password with uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

 

Common Issues / Tips

  • I didn’t receive the email: Check your spam/junk folder.

  • The link has expired: Repeat the steps starting from Step 1.

  • I’m using a different email address: Contact our customer support.

Are you trying to log in from outside Belgium?
