Set a deposit limit

The deposit limit is a weekly threshold set for each user on our website. By default, this limit is set in line with the legal limit of €200.

If you wish to lower your limit, you can do so at any time and without delay.
If you wish to increase your limit, a minimum waiting period of 72 hours applies before the new limit takes effect.

When requesting an increase, a check is carried out by the Belgian Gaming Commission via the National Bank of Belgium to determine whether you are listed as a defaulter. If you are not on this list, the increase will be applied after a cooling-off period of 3 to 4 days. This period cannot be shortened and is a legal requirement.

 

How to adjust your deposit limit:

Step 1: Go to "My Account" and click on "Deposit Limit"

 

Step 2: Set your desired deposit limit.

Step 3: Wait for your request to be approved

 

If you are listed as a defaulter, your request will be denied. After the cooling-off period, you will only be able to request a lower limit than the one previously set.
