The deposit limit is a weekly threshold set for each user on our website. By default, this limit is set according to the legal limit of €200.

If you wish to lower your limit, you can do so at any time and without delay.
If you wish to increase your limit, you must wait a minimum of 72 hours before your new limit takes effect.

When increasing a limit, the Belgian Gaming Commission performs a check with the National Bank of Belgium to determine whether you are listed as a defaulter. If you are not on this list, the increase will be applied after a cooling-off period of 3 to 4 days. This period cannot be shortened and is a legal requirement.

 

Follow these steps to adjust your limit:

Step 1: Go to "My Account" and click on "Deposit Limit"

 

Step 2: Set your desired deposit limit

Step 3: Wait for your request to be approved

 

If you are on the list, the request will be denied, and after the cooling-off period, you will only be able to request a lower limit than previously set.
