I'm not able to get verified?

If you are not verified, this can be due to several reasons:

  • You uploaded the wrong document (only Belgian ID is allowed)
  • Data is not clearly legible
  • Data does not match
  • ID is no longer valid

If you have a residence card that is considered an official identity document, our customer service can check and verify this for you. Make sure you contact us with a photo of your identity document (rector-verso) and a selfie on which the data is visible via support@napoleongames.be
