You're only able to verify a valid document, so if your ID is expired. We will ask you to update it and try again.
Verifying with somebody else's ID will not work.
- Update the document: Make sure you have an up-to-date document.
- Perform identity verification:
- Go to the identity verification section in your account.
- Do facial recognition
- Upload your ID.
- Wait for the validation and you will be notified once the process is complete.
