How do I verify my identity on Android?

Follow these steps to verify your profile so you can play, make deposits, and withdraw funds.

 

1. Open the menu by clicking on your profile in the left corner.

 

2. Click on "Identity verification".

 

3. Click on start identity check

 

4. Scan or add your ID recto-verso

 

5. Scan your face for security reasons

 

6. Wait a moment and you will receive a confirmation that you have been verified:

 

Hoeray! You're verified🥳

 

Attention! This is only possible if the ID is the person's own and has never been used before. If you have not received this message, please contact us via chat or email (https://napoleongames.be/en-be/wiki/help) with the document at hand
