How long does it take to verify my account?

The verification process is fast and automated in most cases. However, in some situations, the analysis may not verify immediately due to an issue in the back end.

If this happens, please contact us through one of our support channels. Kindly provide a clear photo of your ID, along with a selfie where you are holding the ID and all information is clearly visible.

You will receive an email confirmation once the manual verification is complete.
