- Face Verification & Selfie:
- Enable camera and location access: Check your device's settings before starting the process.
- Find a location with natural light or bright lighting.
- Avoid dark backgrounds or backgrounds with many objects that can cause distraction.
- Remove glasses and hat/cap for easy identification.
- Photo of the document:
- Use a clean surface to support the document if necessary.
- Make sure that the edges of the document and all data are visible in the image.
- Remove the plastic protector from the document.
- Make sure that the document is not expired.
Important:
Complete one process before starting another. If you start a scan and then start a new process without finishing the first one, the system won't allow you to complete the original one. If you used a QR Code to switch to a mobile device, complete the process on the same mobile device.
- Phone Verification:
- Enter the number in the correct format: country code (+32), area code, and number (e.g., +32 48 77 689).
- Make sure your phone can receive SMS messages.
