How to verify ID on desktop

Follow these steps to verify your profile so you can play, deposit and withdraw.

1. Open the menu by clicking on your profile in the right corner.

2. Click on "identity verification".

3. Click on "Verify my identity"

4. Take a photo or add your ID front and back

5. Scan your face for security reasons

6. Wait a moment and you will receive a confirmation that you have been verified:

Hooray! You're verified🥳

Attention! This is only possible if the ID is the person's own and has never been used before. If you did not receive this message, please contact us via chat or email (https://napoleongames.be/en-be/wiki/help) with the document at hand.
