To make a withdrawal, your account must be verified.
Follow the steps below to make a withdrawal:
1. Open the menu by clicking on your profile (= your initials) in the top-left corner.
2. Select “Withdraw”.
3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
The minimum withdrawal amount is €20.
If you enter a lower amount, an error message will appear.
4. Enter your bank account number (IBAN).
The bank account must be located within the SEPA zone.
You can link the same bank account to a maximum of two accounts.
When will my money be deposited?
Withdrawals are normally processed instantly once approved.
In most cases, the money appears in your account immediately.
However, in some situations, your bank may not accept the transfer instantly. When this happens, the withdrawal is treated as a standard bank transfer, which can take up to 3–5 working days. This delay is due to bank processing times.
If you still haven’t received your funds after this period, please contact our customer service team.
💡 Tip: To avoid delays, we recommend not making multiple withdrawals on the same day.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
You can cancel a withdrawal as long as it has not yet been processed by Napoleon Sports & Casino.
Once the withdrawal has been processed — including instant withdrawals — cancellation is no longer possible.
