If your withdrawal appears in the "Pending" status in the “History” section, it will change its status after the transaction is authorized in the system.
Please note that withdrawals are accepted/authorized after certain checks carried out by specialized departments, in accordance with the legislation in force as well as with the accepted terms and conditions.
If your withdrawal is pending for more than 24 hours, please contact our Customer Support colleagues.
