Why is my withdrawal in pending status?

If your withdrawal appears as “Pending” in the 'Transaction history' section, its status will be updated once the transaction has been authorized in our system.

Please note that withdrawals are only authorized after certain checks carried out by our specialized departments, in accordance with applicable legislation and our Terms & Conditions.

If your withdrawal remains pending for more than 24 hours, please contact our Customer Support team.

TIP! If you change your mind, you can cancel your withdrawal yourself within 5 minutes while it is still being processed. Read here how to do this.
