How long does it take to process the withdrawal by bank card?

If your withdrawal appears in your history with the status "Paid", it means that it has been accepted by us and the amount will be credited to your bank account within a few seconds/minutes. If the amount has not been transferred within this period, it is possible that your bank did not accept the payment immediately, so it will be a standard transfer which can take 2-5 business days.

If you have not received your money after this period, please contact our customer service.

For faster processing of transactions, we recommend that you do not make multiple withdrawals on the same day.
