There are 3 ways to withdraw your balance via Napoleon: Paysafe, Neteller and Instant SEPA (IBAN)
Here are the most common reasons why a withdrawal would fail:
Your account is not verified. This means you have not yet submitted or uploaded a valid form of identification to your account.
A withdrawal can be made to any Belgian IBAN, preferably in your own name, to avoid the risk of the transaction being declined.
You are attempting to use a method other than Paysafe, Neteller, or IBAN.
The IBAN in question must not have been used by more than two other players on our platform.
Multiple withdrawal requests within a short time frame may cause a delay, resulting in a standard SEPA payout (2–5 business days) instead of an instant payout.
The withdrawal option has been disabled due to additional checks that are carried out regularly.
If you wish to make a withdrawal, you must first make a deposit. Afterwards, the method you used will appear on the withdrawal page.
You tried to withdraw via a payment method that you deleted from your account?*
*Note: If you deleted a card from your player account and are now attempting to withdraw through that card, you will not be able to withdraw it. You will need to make a deposit with that card again and then request a withdrawal.
