Why am I unable to withdraw money?

Here are the most common reasons:

  • You have not made at least one deposit via the method by which you are attempting to withdraw.
  • You don't have your account verified – this means you haven't sent/uploaded a valid ID to your account.  
  • You try to withdraw via a payment method that you deleted from your account.*

 

*Note: If you deleted a card from your player account and are now attempting to withdraw through that card, you will not be able to withdraw it. You will need to make a deposit with that card again and then request a withdrawal.
