Did you know that if your withdrawal status is "Pending", you can cancel it yourself?

To cancel a withdrawal, please follow the steps below:

👉 Go to the "History" option in the menu of your player account.

👉 Click on "Transaction History"

👉 Click "Cancel" next to the withdrawal you wish to cancel.

Once you have selected this option, your withdrawal will be cancelled immediately.

Please note: If your withdrawal status is "Approved", please note that it can no longer be cancelled.
