How do I cancel a withdrawal?

Did you know that you can cancel a withdrawal yourself as long as its status is “Pending”?

Follow the steps below to cancel a withdrawal:

1. Open the menu by clicking on your profile (= your initials) in the left corner.

2. Click on “Transaction History”.

3. Go to “Payments”.

4. Click on the cross icon next to the withdrawal you want to cancel.

5. Confirm the cancellation by clicking “Yes”.

Once confirmed, the withdrawal will be cancelled immediately.

⚠️ Please note:
If your withdrawal has the status “Approved”, it can no longer be cancelled.
